November 2011 update:
Hi Mr. and Mrs Herzberg –  this is Angel Lewis just checking in. Hope everyone is doing well. I am doing great working as a server and going to school full time. I will be done next year in August. Just one more semster to go. I’m doing great in school and planning on  attending USF Fall semster of 2012. I attached a recent picture for you guys. Hope you have a great holiday.

Angel – so glad to hear from you.  I was just thinking of sending everyone a note to see how you are doing but you beat me to it!  It’s been almost five years now since we first met you – can you believe time has gone by that fast?  My daughter had her first child six weeks ago – so my wife Wendi and I are grandparents.  Hardly seems possible.  Glad to hear things are well with you. Take care.

October 2010 update:
From Angel’s Mom
It is wonderful to hear from you.  Sorry for the delay in replying I have been out of the office. Angel is doing great.  She finished up high school with a 3.8 and started college a little early in January of this year.  She began full time in August.  College has definitely been a small challenge for her getting use to the increase in work load.  She is hoping to finish early, December of next year and go on to major in science.  Her ultimate goal is anesthesiology.   I will have her send some additional photos and will forward this email to Angel.  I think she will really like being able to post updates and blog on the page. We will definitely give you a call if we are ever in the area.  It is so nice hearing from you.  Enjoy your holidays and thank you for your support.   Good luck on the marathon.

November 2009 update:
From Angel’s Mom
Angel is doing wonderful. She has applied early to several Universities. She will be
starting Junior college while she finishes up her senior year in high school. Grades
are right on track. I will have her send some recent pictures. It is so nice to hear
from you. Hopefully everyone in your family is doing well. Blessings, Gina

It looks like Angel is right on track to pursuing her dreams. Good job Angel!

September 2008 update:
From Angel’s Mom: Angel is doing wonderful. She has been accepted into the honor society with a 3.6 GPA. She can actually graduate a year early if she would like. She will have accumulated 23 credits by the end of this year (junior). She will only be lacking her English 4, which she can take online during the summer. She has not decided yet, but we will keep you posted.

Sounds like Angel is continuing to excel. Good job Angel!
